Emanuel Bar Review specializes in preparing Bar candidates for the Multistate Bar Exam, or MBE. The MBE is a 6-hour, 200-question multiple choice exam, required in all states except for Louisiana and Washington State, testing Constitutional Law, Contracts, Criminal Law & Procedure, Evidence, Real Property, and Torts. This multiple-choice exam can be worth up to 50% of your total bar exam score, making it essential for you to spend significant portions of your study time focusing on MBE content.
Emanuel materials have been used by law students to prepare for their toughest exams for decades, through use of Emanuel Law Outlines, CrunchTime, and Law in a Flash flashcards. Now, Emanuel provides comprehensive resources to prepare for the last, and toughest, exam.
Our Emanuel Bar Review Combination includes both the MBE Refresher plus the Intensive MBE Workshop. Purchasing the combination saves you nearly $200 from the individual course prices. Our MBE courses typically bookend a general Bar Review course.
Designed for the beginning of Bar study, the MBE Refresher Course features 18 hours of substantive law lectures, presented by some of the most well-respected and engaging names in legal education. Lectures cover all of the "Big Six" Multistate Examination topics. Accompanying PowerPoint presentations provide definitions, memory cues, and numerous examples for better understanding of content.

Two full days of analysis with Bar Exam tutors, grouped by MBE subject, aid in the formation of a mental map on how MBE questions are tested in each area. End-of-day tutorial sessions allow for individualized question-asking and specific exam strategy formation.
